Made with locally-sourced New Forest and Hampshire produce, our freshly prepared meals are available for hotel guests and pub visitors alike. Choose from classic pub favourites or delicious modern dishes, all crafted from the finest ingredients around. 

Look out for a winter inspired tweak to our menu coming soon. Here you will find on offer, such winter warmers as venison cottage pie alongside our favourites such as the Pilgrim fish pie. For those with a sweet tooth we tempt you with salted caramel and chocolate tart.

Fresh for January

If one of your new year’s resolutions is to keep an eye on what you eat, then you’ll love what’s being cooked up in a Fuller’s Kitchen this January. Our chefs have been hard at work creating some lighter dishes – such as seared salmon, spinach & tartare cream – that skillfully combine top quality, naturally low-fat ingredients that taste amazing but are still less than 500 calories.

Other dishes include: Kale, quinoa & blueberry salad; spiced noodles with cauliflower, chicken & prawns; coconut & squash dhansak and the wonderfully aromatic Hampshire pork curry with cauliflower rice. Each dish is less than 500 calories and is available in Fuller’s Kitchens throughout January.
